Can two people find their way back to each other if they were truly in love before? ...............................................................................................................~S "Yes, I believe they can, if they are patient, mindful of their past, and respectful of their present. You’ve obviously tried to be together before. Think about why that didn’t work. Relationships don’t fall apart for no reason. Own your part in it, and acknowledge theirs. Falling in love with a fantasy is a set-up for failure. People rarely change, and it is not a fair request to mold them to fit your needs, or change to please them. If you’re in love with love, or the idea of “the one,” you may be your own biggest obstacle. If you can work past your old problems, then go ahead, but if there were things in need of penance, then be prepared to work through them and make amends. I don’t recommend breaking up anyone’s relationship. You get what you give. If you’re not both single, you might have to wait out their current relationship and establish trust. Love and trust go together, but they don’t always stay that way. If you both are truly in love, you will be waiting for each other when all is said and done."
